Telephone Jobs

We have telephone jobs available now.  We are a long established communications company and have some new positions for female chat hosts.

Telephone Jobs Requirement

You will need to be over 18 years old, UK resident or have a permit to work in the UK. Good internet skills, enthusiastic, sincere, a good listener, the ability to be an actress, a friend or just a shoulder to lean on for a host of callers. Computer skills are required, so you must be able and to use instant messaging programs, and have the ability to use search engines etc.  You can work on either a landline number or a mobile number, whichever is easiest for you.

Applicants with accents are preferred, but if you don’t have an accent but sound polite, bubbly and cheerful, then we will be more than happy to offer you a position.

Telephone Jobs Support

You will receive support and guidance from our small team of Mentors, who assist in your training.  Our Mentors have a minimum of 2 years experience having done the jobs themselves, working their way up the ranks in that time, so are fully equipped to answer all your questions and queries with confidence.
